To stay warm we’ll…

    * line the windows with plastic
    * caulk up the cracked windows with clear removable caulk
    * get all the storm windows installed
    * get some space heaters out
    * bake something in the oven to keep things warm
    * light some candles
    * wear many layers and cover with blankets
    * drink lots of hot tea and cocoa!
    * If things get cold enough, being an old house, we have lots of doors - so we can block off the kitchen and hang out in there with something warm in the oven

We have done all of these things for 3+ years in our home. The bills are still too high.

;)

Hey, we're going to Christ Orchard too!!

My friend Becky is in town and wants to go get some apples.

I read your shared items and the comparison between Tanner's, Christ, and Apple Blossom Orchard! Looked like Christ was the nicest and least expensive!!

What day are you guys going? Maybe we can all go appling-pumpkining-cidering together! :)
