Well, it has been a while since I have highlighted any kid’s crafts. So if you started reading my blog because you saw I worked in Children’s Ministry and were hoping for more ‘tips’ I am sorry! But as I have been preparing for my April Curriculum, I have been coming across some crafts I thought I’d share with you. I also will share craft ideas for Easter and Earth Day. So here’s ideas for the Last Supper (which we will learn about on Apr. 7/8).
The Last Supper Crafts:
- Activity Pages for older kids (K-5) – Word Searches, Fill in Blanks, etc.
- Last Supper Keychain- I’m not sure how I feel about this one, do kids have keychains? And definitely above preschoolers
- Last Supper Puzzle – to color and cut out – for older kids (K-5)
- Placemats – I created one here you can download, or see my other post
- Last Supper Coloring Page - Color Online! Great for kids at home, or if you have computers in your classrooms, a great activity station!
- Advent Easter Eggs – Great idea! Kids love the Christmas Advent Calendars, create one for Easter. Gives you stories for each day too.
- Coloring Page
- Coloring Page (for younger kids)
Unfortunately, none of my findings today have been useful to what I need. I need simple/great crafts for preschoolers – nearly 200 of them – so they must be cheap and easy to assemble. So I will keep hunting, and let you know when I come across something (I would do the placemat, but we are doing that March 17/18…too soon to do another!).
